JavaScript image zoom

JavaScript image zoom

This javascript image zoom script takes two images: a thumbnail and the large size image. Both thumbnail and large image are preloaded. The zoomed image size can be set according to the thumbnail size ( x2, x4 ... ) and the region zoomed automatically resizes to these proportions.

Styles are set up into stylesheet so that no modifications need to be made from JavaScript to the image zoom script.

You can drag either the highlighted region on thumbnail or the zoomed image itself.

Move the grey rectangle on the thumbnail to see the zoomed area. You can also drag the "big" image and see the region zoomed getting updated on the thumbnail.
